Beverly Arts Center welcomes the Ruth Page Center for the Arts back to the Baffes Theatre for The Nutcracker Suite on Saturday, November 21, 2026, with performances at 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Tickets are $35 for adults and $25 for children ages 17 and under.
With a running time of under one hour, this family-friendly production offers an inviting introduction to a holiday classic. Clara’s journey unfolds through beautiful dancing, familiar music, and colorful characters, giving young audiences a chance to experience the wonder of ballet and longtime fans an opportunity to revisit a seasonal favorite.
Ruth Page’s production carries on Chicago’s oldest Nutcracker tradition. Its return to Beverly Arts Center brings that legacy to neighborhood audiences for an afternoon of holiday celebration.
“For many children, The Nutcracker is their first experience with live dance, and that sense of discovery can stay with them for years,” said Matt McKinney, Artistic Director of Beverly Arts Center. “We’re delighted to welcome Ruth Page back and give families a chance to make those memories together, right here on the South Side.”
Both performances take place in the Baffes Theatre at Beverly Arts Center, 2407 W. 111th Street, Chicago. Tickets are available at thebeverlyartscenter.com or through the BAC Box Office at 773-445-3838.
