Clover Sports & Leisure Opens in Old Durkin’s Space This August

Clover Sports & Leisure has been a beloved fixture in the River West neighborhood for over a decade. This summer, the team at Clover is excited to announce its expansion to Lincoln Park, taking over the old Durkin’s spot at 810 W. Diversey 60614

“We have been fortunate to grow in the River West community, and now we want to bring our style of sports and fun to Lincoln Park,” said Dana Ronk, co-owner of Clover. Clover Lincoln Park will export all of what made it great in River West, with over 30 screens featuring sports from around the globe.

This location aims to be the premiere sports bar in the neighborhood, showcasing the best NFL Sunday Funday and NCAA College Football Game Day, as well as international soccer and rugby games. The bar will offer four steel-tipped dart lanes, pop-a-shot, Golden Tee, a state-of-the-art AV system, private karaoke rooms, live DJs nightly, and much more.

“We are committed to becoming an integral part of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, just as we are in River West. Supporting local communities, residents, and sports leagues is paramount. Clover has always been a place where fans of all sports can come together and have a great time,” said Alex Zupancic, owner/CEO of Last Call Tavern Group and partner in Clover.

The grand opening of Clover Sports & Leisure – Lincoln Park is set for early August.

Last Call Tavern Group, the parent company, also operates several other popular neighborhood establishments, including The Butcher’s Tap (Southport Corridor), The Reveler (Roscoe Village), Willie Lill’s (Lincoln Park), Rebel & Rye (River West), Trace (Wrigleyville), and the soon-to-be revived Blue Bayou on Southport.

Dana Ronk also owns and operates the Gracie O’Malley’s pubs with locations in Wicker Park, Portage Park, and Edgewater. “We look forward to meeting our new neighbors and creating a space where everyone feels at home and part of the Clover family,” added Ronk.
