The GAA Museum at Croke Park is delighted to welcome back the hugely popular Bord Gáis Energy GAA Legends Tour Series, which invites supporters to join their heroes on a special Croke Park Stadium Tour. These tours provide fans with a fascinating insight into the inter-county playing days of GAA, Camogie & LGFA players that were packed with brilliant moments. Tours take place on selected Saturdays at 11am through June, July and August, with a different Legend leading each tour.
Featured amongst the Bord Gáis Energy GAA Legends this year are sporting greats including Richie Hogan (Kilkenny), Michael Murphy (Donegal), Tomás Ó Sé (Kerry), Bríd Stack (Cork), Neil McManus (Antrim), Tony Scullion (Derry), Ollie Baker (Clare), Nicky English (Tipperary) and Ursula Jacob (Wexford). These decorated players have amassed numerous All-Ireland titles and All-Star awards and represented their clubs and counties with passion and pride for many years, earning the ‘legend’ status on the pitch and beyond!

GAA Museum Director, Niamh McCoy said: “Once again we have an outstanding selection of football, hurling and camogie stars for this year’s Bord Gáis Energy GAA Legends Tour Series of Croke Park. The annual Legends Tour series is always a highlight here at the GAA Museum, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Bord Gáis Energy for another year.”

The format of the Legends tour will see each player interviewed by an experienced and passionate GAA Museum tour guide, delving into their career, looking at highs and lows and giving people an unrivalled insight into their earliest memories of playing Gaelic Games, lining out for club and county, and their Croke Park memories. All Bord Gáis Energy GAA Legends Tours include a behind the scenes Croke Park Stadium tour and a trip to the award winning GAA Museum, which vividly illustrates the story of Gaelic games from ancient times to the present day. Featured exhibitions include the original Sam Maguire and Liam MacCarthy Cups, the official GAA Hall of Fame, the Interactive Games Zone where everyone can test their hurling and football skills and the recently launched Club Wall.
