Cook County Treasurer Maria Pappas welcomed 2025 Queen Cara Walsh and her court along with the Shannon Rovers Pipe Band and other distinguished guests to our offices on February 3, ahead of this year’s 70th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Queen Walsh and her court will lead the parade on Saturday, March 15, near Balbo and Columbus Drive.
